Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and cut into ½ inch strips 2 to 5 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin or minced 10 sundried tomatoes, plumped in water and sliced thin (see note) 1
